Judy's Early Start Family Day Care

I’m an Early Childhood Teacher with over five years’ experience as a Centre Director, now offering quality education and care in a Family Day Care setting. With a small 1:4 ratio, I provide each child with the individual attention they need to feel safe, secure, and ready to thrive. My approach is grounded in the Circle of Security model and a strong belief that children learn best through secure relationships. I aim to build strong emotional connections that support children’s confidence, resilience, and readiness for school. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and included. I celebrate diversity and strive to create a nurturing environment where all children can grow, regardless of their background or abilities. Families are essential partners in a child’s learning journey. I work closely with parents and carers to build open, respectful relationships, ensuring we work together to support each child’s individual development.
