My philosophy as an educator is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where children and families feel welcomed. I respect each child's individuality, including their rights, emotions, cultural background, and beliefs. I follow the Early Years Learning Framework for to provide the best learning opportunities and outcomes for each child, promoting Belonging, Being, and Becoming. To achieve this, I prioritise the five learning outcomes of the ELF and engage with children, parents, and staff in a positive and respectful manner. I encourage parents to participate and share their experiences, and work with them and staff to promote the best interests of the child. I aim to provide children with a secure, safe, and welcoming environment where they can thrive and learn. I value each child as an individual and respect their diversity, offering opportunities for them to develop self-confidence, creativity, and a strong connection with their community and the natural world.
