I am dedicated to creating an inclusive and secure setting, ensuring the well-being of every child. I strongly believe in equal treatment and the absence of prejudice or discrimination. Collaborating with families is important to me, based on trust, honest communication, and respect for their values and choices. I encourage families to share their culture, ideas, and contribute to the program.
Continual learning is part of my program, following the EYLF, to better understand and support each child's development. Every child deserves a nurturing and safe environment where they are embraced and respected as individuals. I aim to provide an environment that fosters natural learning through play, offering experiences that are based on the children's interests and needs. Additionally, children have opportunities to develop self-help skills.
I have been part of the community for over 20 years and have been involved in visiting local parks, play groups, and taking walks around our community.
