Crescent Home Childcare

In 2018, I successfully completed a Certificate 3 qualification, which laid the foundation for my journey in early childhood education. Building upon this, I pursued a diploma to further enhance my skills and knowledge in the field. Over the course of the past 4 years, I've been dedicatedly engaged in an early childhood center located in Pymble, working closely with children aged 0 to 5 years. Through my commitment and hard work, I gradually advanced my position within the center, eventually becoming a room leader in 2020. Throughout this time, my approach to education has been deeply rooted in play-based learning. I take great pleasure in creating purposeful environments that foster learning through play. While maintaining my dedication to play-based learning, I continue to uphold the principles of the EYLF. My aim is to create an environment that nurtures young minds, encourages exploration, and supports holistic development in my FDC.
