9. Has the service regularly provided educators registered with your service with information about specific changes to service EFT gap fee payment policies and procedures, and are they fully aware of the consequences of non-compliance?

10. Are all service personnel (admin staff, coordinators, nominated supervisors etc.) fully aware of the changes to EFT gap fee payment collections and the consequences of non-compliance?

11. Have you provided families with general information about the upcoming change to how gap fees must be collected from 1 July 2023 and specific information/instructions relating to the service’s chosen EFT payment method for families?
